Customer Login

Access is free to my existing customers:  please log in to open or track a Support Incident via the Help Desk, or to view additional content including troubleshooting advice and How-To guides, and Tutorials.

Click the "Customer Login" tab above, and then click one of the areas from the "drop down" menu. You will be prompted to enter the customer name and password that you were given by me. If you have forgotten your password, please call me (806-7891 in area code 415) and I will help you to reset or remember it.

Content includes information about creating more secure passwords and links to sites with high-quality tutorials on Internet Security and Safety, plus training in general computer and application use. There is also page with a link to request remote assistance.
